To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oldfloridas.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns received after the 30-day window or items showing signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be sent by mail using the return label provided by OtakuBan. You can download and print this label from your account dashboard or return-confirmation email. The return shipping label is free of charge.


3. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for the same or different items of equal value within the 30-day return window.
If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative item or receive a full refund according to this Return and Refund Policy.


4. Product Condition

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must be:

  • In new condition

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In their original packaging with all tags and accessories included

Products that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to partial refund.

  • Return Label: Download and print from your account or email

  • Cost: Free (no return shipping charge)

  • Restocking Fees: No cost – we do not charge restocking fees

6. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the credit to appear on your account.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Examples include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards or downloadable digital items

  • Products marked as “final sale”

8. Damaged or Defective Items
